Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Artem Shapovalov ("we") about using the Prosoka app and website. By creating an account you accept them. How we handle your data is in theprivacy policy.

Who can use Prosoka

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One person, one account. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for your account.

Fair play

Duels and ratings only mean something if everyone plays honestly. You agree not to:

• use more than one account, or let someone else play on yours;
• fake focus or hide distractions, for example by modifying the app, automating input or interfering with how Prosoka measures focus;
• arrange results with another player or deliberately lose to move someone's rating;
• submit proof that is not your own work or not related to your task.

If we find cheating, we may remove points, reset a rating, lower your trust level or close the account.

How you treat other players

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam or links in chat, and no offensive nicknames or profile photos. Players who break this lose chat access or their account. Report anyone from the duel screen; reports are reviewed, and false reports count against the person who filed them.

Your content

Your tasks, proofs, messages, nickname and photo stay yours. You let us store, process and show them only as needed to run Prosoka: for example, showing your nickname to rivals, checking a proof with AI or replaying the focus timeline of a finished duel as an anonymous ghost. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for duel results your rivals keep.

Points, ratings and AI checks

• Points, ratings, levels and profile items measure play. They have no money value and cannot be sold or transferred.
• Proofs are checked by AI and can be wrong. If you think a check is wrong, use the dispute option in the app before the result is final. We may change how points and ratings are calculated to keep the game fair.

Paid features

Prosoka is free to play. Paid features, when they arrive, are sold through Google Play or the App Store under their payment and refund terms, and are described in the app before you buy. Paying never gives an advantage in duels.

Not medical advice

Prosoka is a tool for practising focus. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, such as ADHD, and is not a substitute for professional help.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

The service

Prosoka is in beta. Features can change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We provide it with reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live. Questions:hello@prosoka.app.
