Delete your Prosoka account

This page is for Prosoka: Train Focus, Compete, developed by Artem Shapovalov.

In the app (immediate)

• Open Prosoka and go to Profile.
• Tap the settings icon, then Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

You cannot delete your account in the middle of a duel; finish or leave the duel first.

Without the app

Email hello@prosoka.app from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Prosoka account". If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us your nickname. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: email, nickname, photo, niche, country, onboarding answers.
• Your rating, reliability, level, achievements and profile items.
• All saved sessions with their tasks, timelines and points.
• Proofs of tasks, including photos.
• Your chat messages, your blocks and push notification tokens.

What is kept

• Results of duels you played, so your rivals' history stays correct. They show a deleted player, without your nickname.
• Reports you filed about other players, without your name, for moderation.
• Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

To remove your email from the beta waitlist, email hello@prosoka.app from that address.
