Write the task
Say what you will do and when it counts as done. It locks when the duel starts.

Duel a rival at your level
Agree on 25, 50 or 90 minutes and start together. You both see each other’s focus live.

Prove it
Add a photo, a link or a note at the end. AI checks it against your task. Done tasks earn a bonus.

A fair rating
Glicko-2 rating, set by your first 10 duels. No-shows and quitting lower your reliability.
Never wait long
No one free? Duel a ghost: a real past duel of a player near your rating, replayed live.
Your computer counts too
Link the Prosoka app for Mac or Windows. It tells working from YouTube there, so your phone can stay locked on the desk.
Solo sessions
Any length, pause when you need to, and a review after each session: timeline, distractions, the app that took your time.
Progress you can see
Your longest focus, hours by day, a 4-week heatmap, best time of day and rating trend.
Safe by default
New players start with reactions only. Chat unlocks after a few honest duels. Block or report anyone.
Your screen stays yours
Prosoka measures focus without watching you. No camera, no screen reading.
- The list of your apps stays on your phone. The server gets only points, categories and session events.
- Your session history is private. Rivals see only the result of your duel.
- Data is stored in the EU. Delete your account in Settings at any time, and your data goes with it.
Questions
Do I need a camera or a microphone?
No. Prosoka never uses the camera or microphone during a duel. Your rival sees only your focus bar and points.
What does Prosoka see on my phone?
On Android, which app is open and for how long, so it can tell focus from distraction. The names of your apps stay on the phone; the server gets only points and categories. What is on your screen is never read. On iPhone, only when you leave Prosoka.
Which devices are supported?
Android first, plus the Prosoka app for Mac and Windows. iPhone follows with basic tracking: Prosoka sees when you leave the app.
Is it free?
Yes, and without ads, ever. Duels, rating, solo sessions of any length, pause, your whole history and export are free. Premium will add analytics, matchmaking by niche and AI reports. Trophies cannot be bought.
Can I just get around it?
There is nothing to get around: Prosoka does not block your phone, it measures. Leaving the app or restarting the phone only costs you points, and your rival sees it.
